Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU law.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unworn and unused
- in original condition
- with tags attached
- in original packaging

Items showing signs of wear (such as stains, perfume, or damage) cannot be accepted.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

In your email, please include:
- your name
- order number
- the item you want to return
- (optional) reason for return

We will then send you the next steps and confirm the return.

Important:
- Returns must be requested before sending
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Returns sent as cash on delivery will not be accepted

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Time
The item must be sent back within 14 days after your return request.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved:
- refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been shipped back

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.
